Trade skills - (more advanced fishing, mining,black smithing, etc...) that you can level upon not with skills points maybe a system where you level them through doing them and they gain experience kind of like runescape to take you away from the grinding of the mobs and pvp. (haha everyone go ahead and laugh but you know the sytem worked)

Weapon sheathing - An option where you can press a hotkey and your character can Sheathe/put away there weapons. I see theres an animation that does this already when you perform an action so how bout just letting the weapon stay that way until drawn for combat such as when an azure knight dances they place their weapon/s on their back. The weapon should be drawn if a target is selected and when there is no target it could be sheathed also it could be set so that weapons cannot be drawn in towns for a sense of realism.

Show/hide helmet - An option either in the settings or something sold in the cash shop that lets you choose whether or not to show your helmtet double xp time - an event that happens everyday at a certain time say like 6-7 pm where there is a doubled xp rate it would make alot more people stay around because there would be increased exp and it would help with the low xp amount there is.

Random server events - everyday one server or server shard will be picked randomly and there will be an increased drop rate from monsters and maybe some special attributes or buffs given randomly for a short period of time this would make leveling easier and funner sometimes.

Character customization - There needs to be some customization (Hair, facial hair,face, skin tone,gender) available when you start your character it will help start people off seeing that the character is there own and keep people around because nobody likes seeing the same character model everywhere they go. I think more advanced options should be put in the item shop such as armor dyes if they were to be implemented and advanced hair options and such maybe or some cool tatoos or something.

Chat box - all chat should viewable on any selected tab they should only determine who the message is sent to whether it be party, guild, or everyone. Special messages such as how much exp aquired, items picked up, help messages etc should be put in a special window above the chat.
