Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that are inactive for more than 6 months after character creation will be considered dormant accounts. Low-level characters that are under dormant account status will be considered to be "unwilling" players and their characters will be deleted.

Inactive characters under level 10 will be deleted after 6 months.
Inactive characters under level 20 will be deleted after 12 months.

This policy applies to the Account not individual characters. So long as you are logging in to the account your characters are fine.
